We operate in the 32 counties with sample pick up and delivery to labs. Results
turnaround is dependent on analysis but usually withing 5 days
How do I collect a water sample?
We will arrange to have a representative call to your home or place of work to have the sample collected and ensure safe onward delivery to the laboratory.
How long will it take to get results?
Turnaround time is dependent on the type of analysis, but typically for microbial analysis it’s 5 days and chemical analysis as little as 2 days. All tests are carried out in an accredited laboratory.
What do I do if my water fails the test?
We will guide you through the test results and recommend what course of action to take. It might be that there is no further action required at the time, or we may suggest you invest in some treatment equipment, it all depends on the quality of your supply and what the end use of your water is.
